Secondary talents are much like alternate professions, allowing characters to use more than just their two main professions. There is no limit to how many secondary talents you may have, except you may only have one crafting talent (i.e., if you are a Blacksmith, you may not be a Leather Worker.) The crafting talents each have their own pages, but any others are listed here.

Sensing Edit

Sensing can only be rolled, and is an innate skill that allows one to 'sense' others around them. On a level, they get a creepy crawly feeling that allows them to just know when a someone is nearby.

Adept Sensor [1] Edit

- Is someone near? This person would know. Anyone within a fair distance (3 tiles) can be sensed without being seen or heard. Nothing about the person other than their presence can be determined by the sensor.

Expert Sensor [2] Edit

- Is someone near? This person would know. Anyone within a fair distance (6 tiles) can be sensed without being seen or heard. Nothing about the person other than their presence can be determined by the sensor. When combined with medical knowledge, this person can sense internal disturbances.

Note: Medical use requires contact with the person.

Master Sensor [3] Edit

- Is someone near? This person would know. Anyone within a great distance (10 tiles) can be sensed without being seen or heard. The sensor can even tell certain people apart, knowing who they are before seeing them. When combined with medical knowledge, this person can sense internal disturbances.

Note: Medical use requires contact with the person.

Combat Edit

Hold Fast [2] Edit

- Any melee combatant knows what it means to have their body in proper balance, allowing for them to stay on their feet longer. This individual can adjust themselves in most combat situations to whether blows and stay on their feet.

Note: Requires a melee combat talent. I.e., Adept Taijutsu or Heavy Weapons Expert.

Heavy Weapons Expert [2] Edit

- Claymores, nodachi, zanbatou, polearms, and spears all fall into this category. The user can wield them with ease, having the proper strength to use them in their proper fighting styles.

Note: Requires [2] Strength, [1] Stamina.

Special Weapons User: [Weapon] [2] Edit

- This user has trained especially to wield a certain item that goes beyond the norm. They may couple this weapon with their talents to create unique or traditional fighting styles. These weapons may have any number of origins, including European and Oriental.

Note: Requires one [2] Main Profession Talent. Machine operated weapons not allowed. Please be aware of the fact that some weapons may require other talents to be used at full capacity.
